FAQs Specific to Massachusetts:

Who Does I Work with: Women (first menstrual period through end of life) who are physically in Massachusetts at the time of their appointment with me. You can be a resident of any state, but must be in Massachusetts at the time that we meet.

Do I offer In-Person Visits: At this time I only offer care via Telehealth/Telemedicine.

Insurance Billing: I do not bill insurance in Massachusetts. I operate as a cash practice, and will provide a detailed superbill that you can use to request reimbursement from your insurance. Please inquire about the cost of care at any time.

*New Patient Discount: I currently offer a 25% discount to New Massachusetts Patients for all visits in their first 60 days of care. Please inquire for details.

Requesting Records: You may request your records at any time, and you may also ask that I send or request records on your behalf. You may use this form below.
