FAQs Specific to Alaska:

Who Do I Work with: Women (first menstrual period through end of life) who are Alaska Residents. You can be anywhere in the world during the visit, but need to be an Alaskan Resident.

Do I offer In-Person Visits: I am physically in Massachusetts. At this time I only offer care to Alaskan patients via Telehealth/Telemedicine.

Insurance Billing: I bill your insurance in Alaska. Please note that I am NOT in-network with any insurance except Alaska Medicaid. However I can bill any insurance. If you do not have insurance, or your insurance pays less than 50% of the visit fee, I have sliding scale options that I can offer to you. Please inquire for more information.

Requesting Records: You may request your records at any time, and you may also ask that I send or request records on your behalf. You may use this form below.
